At this time we sell only to buyers from the
United States of America. When the buyer place an order to the
seller the buyer agrees to accept the following terms and
conditions. The seller reserves the right to change these terms
and conditions and indicated prices at any time without notice.
All our offers from our website are not-binding and without any
obligations. Orders are only for person over 18 years of age.
Prices are in US-Dollar ex works including
packing. The buyer will pay any taxes, custom duties, and fees in
the buyer’s country. The seller indicates costs for shipping
separately. After you have ordered we will send you an Email
detailing payment information’s and indication of
approximate date of shipment after date of arrived payment. Please
note that this Email is not an order confirmation or order
acceptance from the seller.
The acceptance of the buyers order and
completion of the contract between seller and buyer will take
place on shipment to the buyer of the products ordered. The
payment of orders by the buyer is due latest 10 days after date
of above mentioned sellers Email. The risk of loss and damage of
products passes to you when the products leave the business
premises of the seller. Therefore we will conclude in the buyers
name a shipping insurance.
The costs for this shipping insurance are
included in the indicated shipping price of the products.
Retention of Title
The seller remains
property of the goods until he has got full payment from the
buyer. The buyer has to treat the goods in well conditions until
the property of the goods was not changed over to the buyer.
All our products are
warranted to the original buyer to be free from defects in
material and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase.
The seller retains the right to replace or repair the product or
gives a full refund of the ordered product price at his sole
choice. The replacement or repair of the product does not extend
the limited warranty of the product. The buyer will loose the
limited warranty if the manufactures serial number has been
removed or manipulated or if the product has been damaged by
accident, by misuse, abuse, not following the sellers
instructions (Owners manual), modification, rough handling,
moisture, neglect, or when someone other then the seller has
manipulate or tried to repair the pedal. This warranty does not
cover damages of batteries, damages by batteries, cosmetic
damages, and signs of use. Before putting in operation of the
goods the buyer/user has to read carefully the buyers owners
manual and to follow the instructions.
In no event shall we
be liable for any consequential damages including commercial use,
lost profits, lost business, damages to third party equipment,
and other indirect or incidental or consequential damages or
economic loss whatsoever. If some jurisdictions of states or
provinces prohibit the limitation or exclusion of liability for
consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not
apply to you and you might have additional rights.
